I uninstalled the app from my Android device, now I need my key back but the app doesn’t recognize my email address. Also, I tried the option to recover it from Google Play Store, but no success. Could you help me?
Was it a CCleaner Pro-Plus or CC Premium multi-device licence?
If so then you will need to contact CCleaner Support.
However it it was purchased through the Play Store then CCleaner support know nothing at all about it and it’s the Play Store you need to contact.
I have the same issue. Where u able to contact play store support and resolve this issue?
