Key Deactivated

Hello, I have a problem. I bought CCleaner Pro, but it says that my license key is deactivated. I’ve sent three emails to support and received only an auto-response, but no official reply regarding why my key was deactivated. It’s been three weeks now.
How can i proceed ?

Keys can get deactivated for various reasons, (subscription run-out or cancelled, invalid/keygen/hacked key, key being used on too many devices at once, etc. etc) and only support will be able to tell you just why yours was deactivated.

Unfortunately as you no longer have an active key you are no longer an active customer - which means that your support request has a lower priority than active customers so it will take much longer to get a reply.
You have had an auto-response so you know that it has been queued for attention.

I’m afraid that you will just have to be patient and wait for that reply - But I can give you a tip:
Stop sending further emails/requests, that will just slow things down even more.
While your request is in the queue waiting to get to a support person the queueing system will see any/all new communication from you as further information for your existing request, so adds it to the ones you have already sent and puts it all at the back of the queue as one new request.

Hello, and thank you for the answer, but the problem is that they took my money, and after they took my money i received an error 12029 and after that i received the Key Deactivated…
