Kamo - VPN localization to be chosen before connection

Hi team,

While I'm switchin on a VPN in Kamo it by default have set Polish VPN (Warsaw) - and I'm not able to change it before activating VPN.

I think it would be better to allow firts chosing a localization and then switching VPN on.
