Kamo suddenly stopped working

I have been a user of the system for a number of years, but it has now suddenly stopped working on my desktop, which is running Windows 11 Professional. It does however still work on my laptop, which is running Windows 10 Professional.

Every time I invoke Kamo, it starts to show that is activating but then instantly switches off again, any ideas?

I have raised this with the premium help team a few days ago but so far they have not responded with anything apart from their automated reply.

The most common fixes are to run Kamo in Windows 10 compatibility mode on your desktop, or completely uninstall and reinstall Kamo to ensure all components are properly registered under Windows 11. If that fails, temporarily disable third-party security software (like antivirus) that might be blocking its activation process.

Thank you for your ideas, but how do I get it to run in Windows 10 mode?

I have done the uninstallation and reinstall many times without any changes, with a reboot in-between the uninstallation and doing a fresh install each time.

The firewall and antivirus has been 100% disabled each time, so they are not affecting it at all.

Kamo says that it is registered OK each time, as it automatically seeks out the CCleaner activation code and inserts it.

Have I missed anything here?
