As a gamer, during a fight it is crucial to have a quick response. Over the last few weeks of having Kamo, and having service from Spectrum, I’ve had game freezes when using the Private Connection is turned on. Now I have NO idea if Spectrum has some form of VPN service (which I highly doubt I have since I don’t see it in my billing statements and will most likely be highly expensive for me), it’s bad when a tank dies due to internet lag. If this keeps up and is not corrected on the Server side, I may cancel Kamo altogether. I’m paying ALOT for CCleaner for a person who lives on 11k a year, I don’t need to be disappointed with vpn protection service failing me. Will the company please resolve this issue?
