I have the same problem with KAMO vs. MS Outlook and have reported it to the support team. I have advised them that I will cancel my CC Pro Plus subscription.
Since March 1, 2025, we have exchanged approximately 36 incoming and 31 outgoing emails, and six different persons have contacted me to perform various tests and scenarios, including giving them 90 minutes of remote access to my computer to find the problem. All this to no avail.
I let that speak for itself.
This is totally unsatisfactory.
I’m afraid if it were me I would never let six different people have 90 minutes remote access to my machine…ever.
I tried Kamo and found it not satisfactory for me.

ONE [1] person had access to my computer while I watched. It was all kosher. Five others emailed me with a request ‘…try this, …update that, …send the Kamo log to me… uninstall and reinstall Kamo latest version etc.
