When running a Ccleaner Health Check, in Kamo, “keep my activities private” gets turned off.
Hi @Cemaloof,
I am not able to replicate this issue.
Please let me know what version of CCleaner and Kamo you are using so I can continue to investigate the issue.
I am running Windows 10, with Version 7.6.1275.0 of Ccleaner, and Version 4.8.1258.1658 of Kamo. This has been a recovered machine recently, as this did not happen on the previous Installation. All MS patches, drivers and SW have been fully updated via Ccleaner. I’m also finding this doesn’t happen with any other SW on the machine, I run Ccleaner, all option set on health check, and upon opening Kamo, I find that the setting has been changed to disabled. Sometimes, not always, it has a red flag on it saying “changed”.
@Cemaloof, I am still not able to replicate this issue.
Please send me a video screen recording showing your settings in Kamo pier to the use of CCleaner, then the actions you take in CCleaner, and finally the settings in Kamo after your use of CCleaner.
This will help us understand exactly what is happening.
If you have any issues, please let me know.
I will put them sequentially, there is a timestamp in the lower right of each image, no other programs are running.
Having issues uploading these files, is there an Email or FTP alternative?
Trash
Try the uploads now please. I have adjusted some settings.
Thank you for these screenshots @Cemaloof, do you experience the same issue if you perform a Custom Clean?
Yes, it happens on custom clean as well.
