Hi,

Just bought ccleaner - professional edition. Where is the option to recovery deleted files?

CCleaner Professional does not recover files.

Do you mean that you have bought the Pro-Plus bundle - which includes CCleaner, Recuva, and Speccy?

Although the Pro+ licence key is valid for all the listed products you can choose which ones you want to use and download them seperately, then enter the key in each.

I assume you have already downloaded/installed CCleaner itself.

You can download the installers for Recuva and Speccy here:

They will install as the Free versions and then you can enter your Pro+ key to register them.
