Issue with CCleaner License After Factory Reset

Hello,

I recently reset my tablet to factory settings and reinstalled CCleaner. However, when I launched the app, it asked for a license key, which I don’t have.

I selected the option indicating that I don’t have a key, and the app then asked for my email. I assumed it was the email linked to my Google Play account since I purchased CCleaner through that account, and I can see the subscription in my purchase history.

However, when I entered my email, it wasn’t recognized and said it was not in the database.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Thank you in advance.

Best regards, Caio

Unfortunately when you purchase from Google only they have your details, so Google are the only ones who can help you.

CCleaner themselves would only have them if you had used a multi-device licence to activate CCleaner Android.

Hello,

I saw somewhere on the CCleaner website that the license key for purchases made via Google Play is the GPA order number.

So, I checked my Google Play purchase confirmation email from the day I bought CCleaner and entered the GPA number in the app, but it was not recognized.

Does anyone know the correct way to enter the number in the app to activate it?

Thank you!
