Is this software wiping my Downloaded Program Files folder?

Because it keeps getting wiped clean of files.. than my shockwave and java does not work properly anymore.. and I have to uninstall them.. and reinstall them. If this is wiping that folder that is a stupid move to do. If not than I need to figure out what is.

i havent found any other threads involving this.

you can try unchecking unchecking this option under applications.

ill PM mrG about this and he may have something to say.

Note that Internet Explorer has been known to do this also when using its own built-in tool for deleting the Temporary Internet Files. I don't know if it was a previous bug in IE or not or if it has been fixed, however it used to periodically happen to me using an online virus scanner and it was happening before my usage of CCleaner.
