Is there really no way to speak to Ccleaner?

The website says they are available to help but this appears to be untrue.

I can get to a FAQ and a list of possible problems, but mine doesn't fit into any of those.

The online 'support' is a list of possible answers but not a real perspon.

All I want is a phone number that connects to a person or an email that doesn't simply result in an automated response 'guessing' what the problem is.

Any suggestions?

We do not offer support via phone, nor have we in the past. All of our support is provided via email.

We have an automated system that provides an initial answer to emails that we received as this helps many of our users receive the answer to their question almost immediately. However simply indicate that this did not answer your question or reply back to the email, and it'll be routed to the next available agent, just as you asked.
