Hi,

New here, so apologies if this is an old issue. Just got CCleaner, ran it and the progress bar gets about a quarter of the way across then it shuts down. No reports. No list of files found. Nothing.

It even happens too quickly for me to uncheck "close after running"!

I know it's fast, but is this normal?

Just in case you have, can you check and make sure you don't have 'Close program after cleaning' ticked in options>advanced.

If not what version are you running and are you xp or vista.
