I have a problem with CCleaner and a program called Iriverter. Iriverter is a Java platform video conversion program for converting any video files to video files that can be viewed on any iriver media players. The program is downloaded to my desktop and when I use the analyze button for CCleaner most of the associated files show up to be deleted. I have went into the options menu and put the iIriverter cookies into the "Cookies to keep" section. I then use the analyze button and clean up the results. I exit the CCleaner program and go back to my desktop, where I find the icon for the Iriverter program has changed, and when I click on it, it sends an error message saying the program cannot open because files are missing. I am wondering if there is any way to set the CCleaner program to avoid even attempting to recognize the Iriverter program or the associated files, therefore never deleting any of them. Any answers, advice, links, or other help would be greatly appreciated since I really like both programs. Thanks in advance.
