I have the same problem with "NO OVERWRITTEN CLUSTERS" data, in other words data that are recoverable. When i try to recover,for excample a video, says "invalid clusters range". Is there finally a solution about it ?

Whilst I haven't seen this particular error message (are you using a current version of Recuva?) it seems to indicate that the data addresses for the file no longer constitute a valid sequence of clusters on the disk. (There is a similar message "Data not found on Disk".) One reason is that Windows will overwrite cluster addresses on files larger than 4gb.
This isn't something that Recuva (or any software) can resolve.
I use the latest version of Recuva, just downloaded yesterday and installed it from the official website. The videos i can't recover are movies the most of them but many of them are smaller then 4 gigabytes. So you are saying to forget about recovering these problematic videos....

it's may well just be a few files. 400 GB of files less then 4 GB is at least 100 files. Try to recover 10 files to a separate drive (which are you already doing, correct? If you aren't that would be where the failing is). If those ten fail, try 5 of those 10 at a time; that failing do three at which point you should be able to see if each one of the three errors-out. Do this until you are comfortable recovering at larger batches (hint not right after your done the first 10 )
If a deleted file is over 4gb then it's not recoverable, as NTFS overwrites the data addresses (part or all of the file may be recoverable by specialist means).
Are all the smaller files giving you the error message, or some, or none? If all then I suspect that the disk has some history. What happened to it, is this more than a simple recovery of a few accidentally deleted files?
