Speccy Pro don't get me any information about my PC (Win 10). I see just "Invalid class string"!?!

Does ir t make any difference if you right-click and select to run Speccy as admin ?
No differences .
try uninstalling Speccy, reboot the Pc and reload and reinstall it.

how old is the PC, what is the OS and CPU?

RAM: 16 GB DDR4
