Internet access

When Kamo VPN is aktive there I have no internet access, when switched off the VPN there is internet access.

How can this problem be solved?

Please could you try a different location in Private connection and let me know if you continue to experience the issue.

I switched from my network to wifi connection and there is no difference, if you mean this by try different location and also
tried to switch from VPN location but it stays moving from left to right and back over the grey part over the change (wijzigen) button. See screenshot below

Hello, on Monday the virtual agent told me to connect to the live agent. I was waiting for more than an hour and asked a few times the virtual agent, to keep him awake, how long it will take? After one hour the chat disappeared. I replied the email to get contact, but there was a failer message today, the email could not be delivered. How can we contact now without waiting for an hour?

Earlier in the week, due to higher than expected support contacts, we had long wait times on the live chat on CCleaner’s Help Centre.
This has now reduced to expected levels and so wait times should only be a few minutes.
