The dropdown from the menu bar disappears and the FILE | EDIT | HELP choices are not working in the new Mac OS 27 Golden Gate. It only works from the Applications app or folder.

I am running Mac OS 27 and am not experiencing the same issue.
Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall CCleaner to see if that resolves the issue?
