Yes, i am from Ukraine.
I have asked the staff to take a look if it's anything to do with the situation there.
In the meantime there a few things that you can try.
Try disabling your antivirus just while you install the trial.
Try putting the computer into 'Safe mode with networking' and installing the trial from there.

Can you install the free version rather than the trial?
