Installation v5.61.7392 is not possible

v5.61.7392 intallation failed (it´s not possible to overwrite ccleaner.exe - ignore or repeat). Whats going on? I use CCleaner since 10 Years - never had a failure before...

Open the Windows Taskmanager and make sure there is no instance of CCleaner.exe running.

If there is, highlight it and click 'End task' (bottom right)

Now run the installer again.

I, too, am having trouble loading 5.61.7392. I am getting "Error opening file for writing" I've tried all Google search suggestions with no luck. Any ideas?
