Infected win 11 home pc

Hello,
I have an Win 11 home pc which is infected, due to bypassing windows hello login hackers. Then lay an roadblock to my inbox and microsoft account. I needed to change my pincode (windows) hello due to security measures. The screen popped up each time out of literally nowhere and ultimatically i gave in to change it, there where mail to read. It was desatroous mistake. my usb port were attacked immediatelly. The windows hello login option with an pincode i used for inbox, microsoft acount, pc itself login everlything. Just with 1 emailadress. My pc immediatelly was infected. the google search in chrome browser was infected very long url text with threatening shortened and insulting texts in it. black screens with warnings i dont have operating system. I as fast as a day after this happened a windows renew install most thorough renew option i could find. changed my passwords, made a new microsoft account, sett of the windows hello login option and choose for an passwordt a different one for the pc itself and microsoft account. And for youtube another emailadress. It changed NOTHING. It broke my pc in half. I use chrome browser multiple open tabs i closed the browser set pc off and next day reopen the tabs. what happens now each time i start my pc, right after the boot the pc starts with an open internet explorer/edge browser screen with all my opened tabs which i had opened and close in my chrome browser?. I use now ccleaner (dutch) and want to use it for eventually solve some infections of my pc without ruining it even further. I see left screen “options” and “extra” and want to know which options i can use the best to tackle these infections.

CCleaner is not an antivirus/antimalware tool. It will not clear ‘infections’ from your machine

If your machine has been infected then I suggest that you get expert help to clean it up again.
There are a few fora where you can get such expert help for free, I recommend the MalwareBytes forum, start here and follow the instructions carefully:

Is ccleaner not suitable then for deep rooted problems in the pc. whats that then. malwares ive tried already it didnt found anything, while my pc is clearly infected my browser for instance. i see alot of potential interesting options in de interface i just need to know which ones cleaning options track options i possible could use okay. the basic cleaning option of ccleaner didnt help to get rid of this problem. so i looked an option below the “adapted cleaning option”. I would like to run that but i have alot of choose options which can be turned on and off. “system sub choice” And for an hijacked or infected browser what is a good choice to put on ON?. Dns cache is that useful?. I use the free version for now.

It wouldn’t do, it can’t do that kind of thing.

Again - CCleaner is not an antivirus/antimalware tool. It will not clear ‘infections’ from your machine
Which part of that do you not understand?

Think of CCleaner like a carpet cleaner - It’s good at cleaning carpets, but if you house is on fire then cleaning the carpet is not going to help.

You need to get firefighters on the job, so -

Don’t just run Malwarebytes - go to the ‘Im infected’ section of their forum, make a new thread providing the logs that they ask for, and get expert help to clear up your problem (using the correct tools).
