Incorrect Email Provided During License Purchase – Assistance Needed

I recently purchased a license for your Windows application, but I mistakenly provided the wrong email address during the purchase process. As a result, I do not have access to my license or account.

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the applicationa and now I do not have access to the license, and soon i lost money. Could you please advise me on how to:

  1. Correct the email associated with my license?
  2. Cancel the subscription (if applicable) to prevent any unwanted charges?
  3. Ensure that the payment is not processed if the license is not linked to my correct account?

I would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your assistance.

You will need to contact support for licencing and account issues.

You can raise a support ticket by using the form here: CCleaner Support Community

However you should note that the automatic support queue works off email addresses.
So as the email you will be using is not registered then you will not be seen as someone who has paid for support.
As an apparent ‘non-payer request’ your request will be non-priority and it may be a very long time (month or more) before the system even shows your request to a support person.
