I recently purchased a license for your Windows application, but I mistakenly provided the wrong email address during the purchase process. As a result, I do not have access to my license or account.
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the applicationa and now I do not have access to the license, and soon i lost money. Could you please advise me on how to:
- Correct the email associated with my license?
- Cancel the subscription (if applicable) to prevent any unwanted charges?
- Ensure that the payment is not processed if the license is not linked to my correct account?
