I think that it is showing because you previously ‘skipped’ that particular version.

That doesn’t happen on it’s own, Do you not remember doing that skipping or why you did it?

If you click the ‘Stop Skipping’ button and scan again I believe that the v31 will not be shown again - because you already have a newer version.
