Incomplete “cleaning"

I posted this awhile ago, but it hasn't appeared. This is a repost.

After multiple times running Ccleaner after exiting Firefox I still get the following results (please see the attached). 5 MB or more never get removed. Is there an option I have neglected activating, or is the current version I just installed not fully removing what it should? This never was the case in the past. I’ve been using the free version. Is this an indication that there is a back door left open by Microsoft to monitor my system?

Try restarting the computer into safe mode and running CCleaner, then rebooting and seeing if the issue persists. It is probably a locked file

I thought I'd seen a 5MB issue before with IE Temp Internet files.

Could the "Suggested Sites" setting in IE still be the cause ...
