At this time I have only updated the CCleaner Free version on my Windows 10 laptop.
When I updated it did carry over all my settings from the v6 ‘ccleaner.ini’ file - except that v7 turned on Automatic Updating by default.
However it may be that if you hadn’t told CCleaner v6 to save your settings to an INI file then they may not have been able to be carried over?
PS. I do notice that v7 doesn’t have the option to create an INI file for v7.
EDIT to add - If you do have a backup of your ccleaner.ini file the you can paste it into the new “…\Piriform\CCleaner 7” folder and v7 will then pick up what it can from it.
I have done that as an experiment and it picked up my Custom Clean ticks/untick and my Includes/Excludes.
I’m not sure what else out of the ccleaner.ini v7 picked up though, the settings are now all to scattered.
