I'm being charged and don't know how to stop it.

I had the yearly subscription, canceled it deleted the app and was charged again this year tried redownloading to see if I could sign into my past account but couldn't; what should I do to cancel my subscription?

Did you use PayPal when purchasing?

We do see it where an automatic reccuring (subscription) payment has been set up with PayPal.

If that is the case then, even if/when you cancel your subscription with CCleaner, PayPal will still take a payment from you each year unless you also cancel that automatic payment with PayPal as well.

In that case you should contact support:

You should get an almost instant acknowledgement that your ticket has been raised, make a note of the ticket number.

You will get an acknowledgement email too, with some suggestions.

If you want to add information to your ticket then reply to that email, don't start a new ticket.

Be aware that support are very busy at the moment so it may take longer than the 48 hrs to get a reply from a person, but they will get back to you.
