I paid 24.99 two months ago for recuva. The licence does not work and I am being ignored
Being honest here, you do not need a licence for Recuva.
Unless you are using Virtual Drives then Recuva Pro version has no extra functionallity over Recuva Free.
The licence just gives you automatic updates (there hasn’t been an update to Reciva’s functions for literally years) and Technical Support (as you have found support is abysmally slow, you are better asking here).
