If Recuva says a photo is unrecoverable, is there still a way of recovering it

Hi Guys,

I'm new here and may knowledge is limited, still learning!

I took some photo's of my mother when we visited the Concorde visitor centre in Filton, Bristol in 2010. I thought I had downloaded all the photo's to my pc and deleted them from my camera, only to find some time later that I had not in fact uploaded them and had used my camera quite often since. Now my mother is in a care home with Dementia and she loves Concorde. So you can imagine how it I feel that I cannot remind her of this day because I cannot recover the lost photos.

Is there any way in which Recuva could by some chance manage to recover them?

Just thought I'd ask on the off-chance.

Thank you.

Peer!

Assuming that the camera uses flash storage and it is formatted as FAT then it is very unlikely that the files can be recovered. You can of course try a Recuva deep scan, you won't harm anything.
