IE Cleaning when not running on PC

Hello

I run Chrome on my PC. I have uninstalled IE on my PC. When I run CC it finds IE temp files all the time. How is this possible?

One cannot fully uninstall IE as it is part of how windows displays some applications. Many applications and Windows itself will leave traces using IE, this is what you are seeing
