Recently, I got an email from ccleaner that my account will be renewed automatically in 2 months, but I don’t want to renew this service after the exiration. So, I followed the direction to access my menu to discontinue the auto-renewal, however, ccleaner asked me to enter “Cleverbridge reference number” which I haven’t received when initiated subscription as I remember. So, I submitted my request to cancel auto-renewal on Sept 22nd and got an email that my case will be taken care of within next 48 hours, but I haven’t received any feedback by now, Sept 27th. I tried to find a contact for help from this website, but I couldn’t find it anywhere other than this community bulletin board. Moreover, when I subscribed the service, I used my email address with password setting (as I remember) but it doesn’t work to access this community. So, I set it up with the same email address of mine. Because the License Key is confidential, so I can’t reveal it here unless you confirm my identity, and I hope you can find it with my email address instead (but I don’t specify my email address as well due to privacy). If you need further information to help to discontinue auto-renewal, please contact me. I will follow up on it immediately. Thanks.
