Hi-

I currently use IconTweaker to customize my icons, but I was hoping that somebody could recommend a freeware software that allows me to associate file types with certain programs, chose the type of file it is called (Seen when you Right Click File>Properties>File Type), and what icon is displayed for that type of file. I would use Windows File Type control system (In Explorer: Tools>Folder Options>File Types), except the names for the music files for some reason are all named the same when I rename one of them. In other words, when I change MP3 from being called a "Winamp media file" to being called a "MP3", all the other music files suddenly are called "MP3". Any good freeware suggestions would be great and very much appreciated.

I actually didn't need any software. I searched in the registry for "Winamp media file" and deleted the entry. It worked! B)
