Filling the form is only the first step, you MUST also engage with the chat process.
(I have no idea why there is a button to click when it is something that you HAVE to do anyway).
If the chatbot can’t help it will transfer you to a person (tip, ask it twice in a row).
I see your problem is that you don’t know what email you registered so I’m afraid your only way forward is to start again and engage with the Chat process.
