I am new to this, I am not sure, but I downloaded this file http://www.perfect-optimization.com/websit...ation-ebook.htm. This file has a limit that you can only open it up 3 times. Then it is going to lock out and not allow you to read it.
I scanned PC with CCleaner and cleaned everything. I think this would take out the restriction on that file I was trying to open. But it didn't work. How do I get the file to open?

I don't think you can blame the developer for wanting to give you unlimited openings of the file in return for a link from your webpage, otherwise it's 3 strikes and you are out!

I am sorry, I didn't mean to have tone that said that CCleaner is not working. I was just wondering if it was suppose to clean that out. But I was still worndering how can I make it open unlimited amount of times?
