I purchased CCleaner Premium but I haven't received a refund

July 29, 2025 I purchased CCleaner Premium but I haven’t received a refund. despite having made a request as can be seen from the following confirmation email I received july 30,2025.

What should I do to solve the problem?

The communication system is really complicated and this does not represent a good service by pushing customers away

I have aso purchased the CCleaner Pro Edition but I have looked everywhere and I have even had to re-purchase it 3 times thinking I will receive my license to no avail. Can I be refunded and my initial purchased license be sent to my email
