I need upgrade help. Appears to no longer have CC customer support and only user community for issues

I’m a Senior citizen, none tech, lifelong CC client, maybe 25 to 30 years or so client, bought when it was lifelong implied software and CC released a statement that it was never meant to be lifelong support. Yes I’m that old, but that is not the issure.

Have current open trouble ticket from upgrade issues that has never been responded to by anyone at CC, have no support number, no live help desk, etc., most likely to cut costs and profit CC, thus this customer service issues has to be thrown at you, my support user community. Apologies hard working fellow subscribers, I need you.

Alledged Upgraded from Professional to Premium per mail CC solicitation but will Not load past Professional version i already have, with new software Premium key. Contibuting issue, I have a monster custom gaming desktop with about 6 Tb that was purchased new off Ebay with an Admin level Windows 10 Professional software that CCleaner states is not secure, sorry guys but that’s how it came years ago have an less than ethical builder and I have a ton of data that can not be wiped from my drives for a Windows upgrade. I paid CC honestly for the upgrade to Premium and feel I’m entitled to that upgrade per that soliciation from CC and my credit card payment directly to them for that new Premium license key.

Any and all assistance from this wonderful user community greatly appreciated. Please consider me a third world country kindergarten level learning disability student attempting PHD level study when instructing me on this resolution. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE. Tim

Sorry but I think that you have misunderstood what CCleaner Premium licence/subscription is.

CCleaner Pro Plus and CCleaner Premium are licences that allow installation and use of CCleaner Professional on more than one device.
Any mixture of Windows/Mac/Android devices.

There is no difference in the CCleaner app itself, it is still the same CCleaner Professional.

The Pro Plus and Premium licences also covers installation and use of Pro versions of other Piriform softwares as well as just CCleaner.
Premium also includes Tech Support.

Thank you, but when I go to that page I can see all the blanks to fill out but there is no “Submit” button!!

It also keeps telling me “Hmm… we think you might be a robot. Please refresh the page and try again.” no matter how many times I refresh the page.

Try turning off your Adblockers.
Yes that may sound odd - but Adblockers do sometimes hide buttons (and other parts of a page) as if they were adverts.
I’ve seen it on multiple websites.
