Hello,

I recently purchased and installed CCleaner on a new Windows PC. After installing some system and software updates, I started experiencing serious issues with the computer, and it now looks like I may need to perform a full PC reset (factory reset).

My concern is about my CCleaner license:

• Will resetting the PC cause me to lose my license key or subscription?
• Can I reinstall CCleaner after the reset and use the same license key again?
• Do I need to deactivate the device or the license before resetting the computer?
• Is there any recommended procedure to avoid activation problems afterward?

I still have access to my purchase email and license key, but I would like to make sure there are no unexpected issues when reactivating CCleaner after the reset.
