I used the Defraggler last night. This morning at first I could not log into Windows. I noticed I had no files at all in my Windows Live Mail. No Pictures, etc.
I tried to do a System Restore and received a message saying There are no Restore points.
Please could somebody tell me if I can restore all my data before I used Defraggler?

G'day Perry, and welcome to the forum, albeit with alarming events.
No, using Restore Points will not get back your personal files, only some sort of backup will do that (you do do backups don't you!)
At best, and if very lucky, Restore Points will make Windows start if it wasn't.
But it sounds like yours is as you can see you have no email or pictures.
Defraggler itself would not have deleted your files, but it can push a drive over the cliff if it was lingering near the edge already (so to speak).
So, firstly, I would start an elevated command prompt and do the following;
