Hello, i bought an cc cleaner license but when i try to activate the program using the license im getting (activation failed) error.
Did you buy it through the Google Play Store or is it a Pro Plus or Premium licence from Piriform themselves?
We have recently seen some issues with subscriptions bought through the Play Store not being able to activate.*
That issue was supposedly rectified so I’ll give @Laurence_CCleaner a shout to check.
*Having said that a subscription bought in the Play store does not have a licence key, instead it is active whenever you are logged into your Google account.
No i didn’t paid it through the play store, actually from an 3d party platform that sells keys, and i found that key for 1 android device for 3 years of activation. Do i need to send the key for investigation?
At least your honest, ccleaner doesn’t sell licenses that way, sounds like you paid for a scam.
Interesting but why there’s an option to activate the program through a product key?
No they do use keys; they Do Not sell through third party sales, all licenses come from ccleaner through CleverBridge.
