I just bought CCleaner pro but don't have access to it

Today I just bought ccleaner to help clean my pc and clear space of my c drive so i could reset my pc because windows said i needed more space available to reset my pc and now that I have reset my pc and I went to down ccleaner i no longer have access to ccleaner pro and I can't find the receipt email for my purchase but i have still been charge the amount

@Ben2004You need to login with your credential which you used while purchasing the Product and complete email verification, and do check the Spam folder in email because mine purchase confirmation was received in it.

It tells me that there is no account with my email and its the correct email I only use one

Then I would suggest you should contact Customer support, I am sure they will help you with that.

Just enter email address and you will have it.

Where did you buy CCleaner from?

If it was a genuine purchase then it's possible that you mistyped your email address when buying. It can happen to all of us.

Send an email to support@ccleaner.com

explain what has happened and they should be able to sort you out.

I had bought it on an older version of CCleaner (I hadn't updated it) and it said it would send a email receipt but i never received one i checked all my inboxes

Have you checked Spam folder as well, cause some time these emails drops in spam as well..

And your best shot is to reach out Customer Care Support as soon as possible, don't delay in this cause it's your recent purchase so they can help you out with it.
