I have tried for the last week to contact support, no one is answering.

I applied for free trial, and no conformation email came, or a cleverbridge reference number. I need to turn off auto extension.

Did you provide payment info. If not just switch to free. If you did, this is a user forum and we can't provide account support.

Sending multiple requests may have been counter to how you'd expect, each one is queued separately.

Sadly support has been glacially slow of late, but there's not much we can do here in the forum.
