I have raised a request for refund

Hi team, I have raised a request for refund couple of times , but these guys are not resposnding

Sadly this is the user forum, and unable to affect account issues. Moderators are poking the developers for the rash of user complaints like this, this past week; however ineffectual poking is all the moderators can do.

Still you people are not initiating for refund

Recently I have purchased Recuva licence with email {email address removed} and It is not able to recover my pictures so I am requesting for refund as per policy I can request for refund in 30days so I raised for refund twice but am not getting any response from the team, please Intiate for refund

I’m afraid that you will just have to be patient and wait for support to reply - But I can give you a tip:

Once you have sent a request then don’t send further emails/requests until you get a reply from a support agent.
If you do then that will just slow things down even more.
While your request is in the queue waiting to get to a support person the queueing system will see any/all new communication from you as further information for your existing request, so adds it to the ones you have already sent and puts it all at the back of the queue again as one new request.

Then where you want me to check my refund status?

It’s looks like a big scam, guys don’t fall into this scam Don’t buy recuva license they promised for refund I haven’t received my refund till date
