Click on his name in my last post, press the big message button. link this thread, he’s busy and may not remember 5 days ago, or at least i wouldn’t, idk about him.
When I click on his name in YOUR last post, I get “3 posts in topic”. When I click on his name on HIS last post, the only thing that shows is “Remove Filter”.
It doesn’t have message like the circle in my pic?

well, i’ve said it t others and i’ll keep saying it, the forum software is terrible for tech support sites. i guess we’ll have to wait till @Laurence_CCleaner sees this. there’s no private info in the debug code, so you could post it publicly, but that still relies on laurence coming and seeing it.

Try again and see if the message button is there for you now on Laurance’s profile.
PS. I agree with Nergal that this forum software is not at all suited to a help/support site.
