I can't unsubscribe from this forum?

sorry, I must be thick.

I cannot work out to unsubscribe from being notified by email when a new topic starts.

I have read the help.

Please a pointer to what I am doing wrong.

Go to "My Controls" at the top of the page. Left hand side, 4th from the bottom.."Email Settings".

I think it's the bottom check box on the right.
