I can't cancel my subscription because it doesn't think I've signed up for one

So I installed CCleaner two months ago after having issues with my PC and tried to sign up for the free trial but it didn’t work. I didn’t think anything of it at the time but now there have been several attempts to take payments from me, I have checked and my account is still on the free plan so I am not sure why there have been several attempts to take payment.

If you haven’t already then you will need to raise a ticket with support.
Support is an email service, it is not ‘live chat’ so don’t expect instant replies.

If you use the form at this link: CCleaner Support Community you will be given a ticket number - make a note of it.
You will then get an automated email reply with some general information (which will probably not interest you).
Your support ticket is now in the queue to get to a person.

You should be aware that support are taking a very long time to reply at the moment, particularly if your CCleaner isn’t showing as registered with them yet so it’s not showing that you have actually paid for support.
