I follow the steps listed on the website to cancel my subscription or to disable auto extension but I am unable to do so from from computer as there is no way to change the state of the auto extension.
The blue button in CCleaner that let you do it yourself has gone missing for some reason.
To cancel a subscription auto-renewal send an email to support@ccleaner.com who will do it for you.
