It's not a good idea to put your registered name and licence key on display where anyone could see, and steal, it.
I have removed them.

It does seem odd though that your screenshot shows that Auto Extension is enabled but there is no 'Manage Subscription' button showing?
(It should be above the note about billing).
You can use the 'Contact Us' button on that linked page to raise a ticket with support, they should be able to sort things out for you.
Or, if you prefer, you can send them an email to support@ccleaner.com
If sending an email it's best to use the same email that you used when purchasing CCleaner, or at least tell them what that email was.
