Last year, I tried to cancel and thought I did, but I was charged. I want to cancel bu the company site is not helpful. I have sent a message on Facebook but I have not been replied to. Hopw do you cancel. (Step by step please) This product causes me more problems than it helps. Thanks

Assuming that we are not talking about CCleaner Android purchased through the Play Store (Those are managed by Google);

If you need to look up your Cleverbridge reference then: Customer Support Contact Page

If you can’t use that “Subscription Management” page linked above then you will need to contact support.
All customers can now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
You start by raising a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen - and there is a button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you. If the VA can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.

We have seen cases where people paying by PayPay had set up a recurrring payment at PayPal.
If you do that then, even after cancelling the subscription with CCleaner/Cleverbridge, PayPal will still take the charge each year.
