Have been trying to use the Contact Form to report difficulties with cookies in Firefox. Many attempts have resulted in failure to accept the form; “something went wrong, try again later” .
There is a known issue with ccleaner 7.3 and 7.4 maybe related to your initial issue,
As for the contact form, are you using any script blockers or ad-ons that might complicate it? Is a capcha solver maybe? Have you tried another browser

We have just released the v7.5 update to CCleaner. It may take a few days to be fully available via in app updates. However, you can download the installer from the CCleaner website, and this will install v7.5.
Please let me know if this resolves your issue with Firefox cookies.
