How to use Registry Cleaner to restore saved files

I have been to www.piriform.com/docs . I find only information on how to use Registry Cleaner to clean registry. I find no information on how to restore files I removed and saved to the backup file. Are there instructions somewhere that explain how to use CCleaner's Registry Cleaner function?

If not, could someone just tell me how to restore files I cleaned and saved and would like to restore?
