Ok so I have paid the £15 to clean my whole computer but there is nothing telling me how to do this, can anyone tell me how please?

so where are you up to?
have you downloaded and installed CCleaner?
where did you get it from?
what version of Windows do you have?
if you have downloaded and installed it, go to Start and you should see it in the list of programs.
click CCleaner to start it and once it starts, you simply click Run Cleaner in the bottom right corner and let it do its thing with the default settings.
