Such as what? Is it some browser add-on you installed, some online virus scanning service like Eset Online Scanner, etc. You're going to need to provide more information about what you wish to remove.
Many ActiveX based programs like for instance Eset Online Scanner have an uninstaller in the Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs, however some don't and they "can be removed" via IE's Manage Add-on's dialog in Internet Options->Programs (tab).
